Automotive Engineering Provides Motorcycle Inspection Services

The Automotive Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, offered motorcycle inspection and oil change services.

On February 10, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Nattapong Phantthuna, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Rajamangala Volunteer Project: Caring for Motorcycle Maintenance to Reduce PM2.5 Pollution.” The event was organized by Lecturer Sathaporn Wannapoh, Head of the Automotive Engineering Department, along with faculty members and vocational certificate (Vocational Diploma) students.

The service was available to students, staff, and the general public, allowing motorcycles with engine capacities not exceeding 150cc to undergo a 16-point inspection, oil changes, and maintenance on engine systems, braking systems, and drivetrain systems. This initiative aimed to provide academic services to the community while engaging vocational students in hands-on learning, applying classroom knowledge to real-world practice. The project took place from February 10 to 11, 2025, at the Mechanical Engineering Building.
